The resolution of Bank Guarantee Fund's Council determining the amount of contribution to the compulsory restructuring fund.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 24 March 2026 it received an information that the Bank Guarantee Fund's Council (Rada Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego) adopted the Resolution no. 16/2026 dated 20 March 2026 specifying the amount of PLN 435 940 582.70 as Bank's contribution to the resolution fund in 2026 (the amount includes the correction of the calculated contribution for 2025).

Art. 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
