Registration of amendment to the Bank's Statutes as adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting in National Court Register.
Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby states that on 23 March 2026 it was informed that on 23 March 2026, the District Court for capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the National Court Register the change to the Bank's Statute adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank held on 22 January 2026 in the Resolution no. 10 (ref. WA XIII.Ns-Rej. KRS 10662/26/36). The table showing new provision of the Bank's Statutes, as well as the consolidated text of the Bank's Statutes with the amendment approved, are attached to this report.

§5 item 1 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
