Resignation of Management Board Members.

The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank"), informs that on 10 April 2026:

• Andrzej Burliga - a Management Board Vice-President and
• Wojciech Skalski - a Management Board Member

resigned from their positions on the Bank's Management Board, effective from 14 April 2026 at the end of the day.

Legal basis:
§ 5 item 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
