Notice from Banco Santander S.A.
Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the 'Bank') hereby informs, with reference to current reports no. 35/2025 of 1 December 2025 and 36/2025 of 2 December 2025, that on 5 December 2025 it received from the shareholder Banco Santander, S.A. a notice on the change of share in the total votes in the Bank.
A copy of the notice is attached to this report. A notification sent via a system for the creation and transmission of notifications to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is available in Polish only.
