Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the 'Bank') hereby informs, that on 4 December 2025 it received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska Spółka Akcyjna a notice on the change of share in the total votes in the Bank.
The notification is attached to this report. A notification sent via a system for the creation and transmission of notifications to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is available in Polish only.
