Resignation of Supervisory Board Members.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank"), in relation to current reports no. 41/2025 dated 23 December 2025 and no. 1/2026 dated 9 January 2026, informs that on 9 January 2026 the Bank received the resignation letters, with effect from the moment of acquisition by Erste Bank Group AG of approximately 49% of the shares in the Bank's share capital from Banco Santander, S.A., from the following Supervisory Board Members:
- Antonio Escámez Torres - Chair of the Supervisory Board
- José Luis de Mora - Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board
- José García Cantera - Member of the Supervisory Board
- Isabel Guerreiro - Member of the Supervisory Board
Legal basis:
§ 5 item 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
