Resignation of Supervisory Board Member.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank"), informs that on 6 February 2026 Ms. Danuta Dąbrowska resigned from her position on the Bank's Supervisory Board, with effect from 25 February 2026.
Legal basis:
§ 5 item 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
