Current Report no. 8 (2022) - correction
Convening the Annual General Meeting of Santander Bank Polska S.A. and providing the draft resolutions and documents to be considered at the AGM - correction.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank"), in relation to the current report no. 8/2022 dated 31 March 2022 ("Current report no. 8/2022")", hereby provides, as a supplement, the documentation for the General Meeting of the Bank convened on 27 April 2022, for the item 14 of the agenda:
- Remuneration Policy for members of the Supervisory Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. Uruchomi się w nowym oknie
- Remuneration Policy for members of the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. Uruchomi się w nowym oknie
which are respectively appendix no. 1 and appendix no. 2 to the draft resolution no. 31 of the Annual General Meeting of the Bank re. adoption of the Remuneration Policy for members of the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Remuneration Policy for members of the Supervisory Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A.
Due to an obvious error the documents were not attached to the Current report no. 8/2022.
