Information about sale of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. shares
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 28 February 2014 Management Board Member of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 28 February 2014 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, 2 500 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 411,83 PLN per share.
