Appointment of the Management Board Member of Santander Bank Polska S.A.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 13 December 2023 the Supervisory Board of the Bank passed a resolution on appointing Wojciech Skalski for the position of Management Board Member of the Bank. Wojciech Skalski will take up the position on 1 January 2024. The appointment is made in relation with the resignation of Mar_#237;a Elena Lanciego P_#233;rez, the Management Board Member responsible for the Accounting and Financial Control Division, from her function, effective as of 1 January 2024 (which was announced by the Bank in the current report no. 36/2023 dated 27 October 2023).

Wojciech Skalski does not conduct any other business activity outside the Bank, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, a partnership or a capital company, does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body and he is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997.
Wojciech Skalski meets the requirements of the Banking Law Act of 29 August 1997.

§ 5 item 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
