Dates of publishing reports.
Santander Bank Polska SA ("the Bank") announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2024:
- Unconsolidated annual report for 2023 - 16.02.2024
- Consolidated annual report for 2023 - 16.02.2024
- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 - 30.04.2024
- Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2024 - 24.07.2024
- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 - 30.10.2024
Additionally, the Bank advises that selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2023 will be published in a current report on 31.01.2024.
Additionally, the Bank advises that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensed unconsolidated quarterly financial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financial statement.
Legal basis:
§ 80 section 1 and § 79 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
