Appointment of Supervisory Board members.
Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 22 January 2026, the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed the following new Supervisory Board Members, effective from 22 January 2026, for the joint term of office:
- Peter Bosek,
- Stefan Dörfler,
- Alexandra Habeler - Drabek,
- Maurizio Poletto.
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 22 January 2026 appointed Mr. Peter Bosek as Chairman of the Bank's Supervisory Board. At the same day the Supervisory Board appointed Stefan Dörfler as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
