Information about sale of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. shares
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 21st August 2013 Management Board Member of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 19th August 2013 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, 1 000 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 339 PLN per share.
