Moody's Investors Service assigns provisional rating for the Euro Medium- Term Note Programme (the EMTN Programme) of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.

In relation to current report no. 25/2018 dated 30 May 2018, the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (‘Bank') hereby announces that on 31 August 2018 Moody's Investors Service assigned a provisional rating (press release link Uruchomi się w nowym oknie) for the Euro Medium- Term Note Programme of the Bank (‘the EMTN Programme').

The EMTN Programme has been assigned (P)Baa1 long-term local and foreign-currency provisional senior unsecured ratings and also has been assigned a long-term foreign-currency Baa1 senior unsecured debt rating with positive outlook to the notes to be issued under the EMTN Programme.

Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
