Appointment of Supervisory Board Member.
Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 20 July 2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Mr Adam Celiński as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, for a joint, 3 - year term of office, effective from 1 August 2023.
Information on Mr Adam Celiński's education, qualifications and previous positions held, along with a description of his career, is enclosed hereto.
