Conclusion of agreement by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. – confidential information
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby advises that on 20th December 2011 Bank concluded together with the other bank a credit agreement with one of the Client of the Bank for the total amount 1 070 000 000 PLN. The Bank’s share in the financing is 535 000 000 PLN for the period of 4 years with margin WIBOR 3M + Bank’s margin.
