Appointment of Supervisory Board member

Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby informs that on 15 April 2026, the Annual General Meeting appointed Ms. Katarzyna Perez as a Supervisory Board Member for a joint 3-year term of office. The appointment is effective from 15 April 2026.
