Appointment of the Management Board Member of Santander Bank Polska S.A.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the Bank) hereby informs that on 13th December 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Bank passed a resolution on appointing Mrs. María Elena Lanciego Pérez for the position of Management Board Member of the Bank. Mrs. María Elena Lanciego Pérez will take up the position on 1st January 2023. The appointment is made in relation with the resignation of Mr. Carlos Polaino Izquierdo, the Management Board Member responsible for the Accounting and Financial Control Division, from his function, effective as of 1st January 2023, which was announced by the Bank in the current report no. 14/2022 dated 31st May 2022.

María Elena Lanciego Pérez the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997, and meets requirements of the Banking Law Act of 29 August 1997.

§ 5 item 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
