Registration of amendments to the Bank's Statutes as adopted by the Annual General Meeting in National Court Register.
Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby states that on 21 April 2021 it was informed that on April 2021, the District Court for capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the National Court Register the changes to the Bank's Statute adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 22 March 2021 in the Resolution no. 31 (ref. WA XIII.Ns-Rej. KRS 16046/21/128).
The amended and new provisions of Bank's Statute and consolidated text of the Bank's Statute, including the registered changes, are attached to this report.
