Resignation of Supervisory Board Members.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank"), informs that on 17 March 2026:
- Ms. Kamilla Marchewka-Bartkowiak - a Supervisory Board Member and
- Mr. Jerzy Surma - a Supervisory Board Member
resigned from their positions on the Bank's Supervisory Board, effective from 15 April 2026.
Legal basis:
§ 5 item 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
