Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. announces that the publishing of the consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 2011 and Q3 2011 (indicated in current report No 20/2010) have been rescheduled from:

• 12 May 2011 and shall take place on 28 April 2011 – for Q1 2011
• 09 November 2011 and shall take place on 27 October 2011 – for Q3 2011

Legal grounds:
§ 103 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. (Journal of Laws from 2009, no 33, item 259).
