In relation to the Corporate Governance Principles for supervised institutions issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Santander TFI S.A. have adopted the following regulations with effect as of 1 January 2015. The regulations were additionally approved on 25 March 2015 by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Santander TFI S.A.
