Summary of the investment policy

  • universal debt fund of funds investing from 70% to 100% of its net asset value (NAV) in the participation units of open-end investment funds managed by Santander TFI,

  • up to 100% of NAV can be invested in debt securities and money market instruments and funds which invest mainly in debt securities,

  • the shares does not invest in equities,

  • up to 50% of total assets can be invested in the participation units of one of the following sub-funds: Santander Short Duration, Santander Government Bond, Santander Corporate Bond,

  • the sub-fund will not invest in the participation units of other Santander FIO funds apart from the ones named above.

Overview of the investment process

The Investment Committee composed of all managers approves financial instruments for inclusion in the sub-fund portfolios and makes strategic decisions regarding portfolios under management. The Investment Committee decides about target shares of individual instruments in the portfolios. In Santander TFI, the investment process relies on the competences of the Investment Committee and of the individual sub-fund managers.
