How to activate the service of electronic transaction confirmations?*

  • visit any branch of Santander Bank Polska S.A.

  • Fill out the instruction form with the help of the Advisor. You will only need your ID card and an email address.

  • Sign the form.

What will change after the service is activated?

Once the service is activated, confirmations will be emailed to the provided email address in the form of a password protected PDF file. You will be given the password during your visit at the branch.

The service can be activated any time. You can also change the email address for receiving confirmations or withdraw your consent to electronic confirmations whenever you want to.
