We’re changing our name, logo and colours, but you still log in the same way. Your PIN also stays the same. You can find our mobile app in the official app stores. Download and update it only from there.

• Be mindful of the data you share - you could unknowingly give criminals your login details, card information or personal data.
• Check what permissions you agree to - after installing an app you may lose data on your phone.
  An app installed from an untrusted source can run in the background without you noticing.

How to protect your phone, data and money

• Download apps only from official app stores, never from links or websites.
• Read reviews and check who the app developer is.
• Block the option to install apps from unknown sources in your phone settings.
• Call us safely and conveniently directly from the mobile app.
• Confirm transactions using mobile authentication, e.g., biometrics.
• Turn on free alerts to monitor transactions on your accounts and cards.
